PATIENT HANDOUT: R SHOULDER REHAB
1. Pendulums (Codman's Exercises)
Lean forward supporting yourself on a table. Let your right arm dangle. Swing it gently in circular motions clockwise (10 reps) and counter-clockwise (10 reps). Repeat 3 sets, 2x daily.
2. Wall Crawls (Flexion)
Facing a wall, walk fingers of your right hand upward as high as comfortable. Hold for 5 seconds at the top, then slowly slide down. Repeat 2 sets of 10, 1x daily.

HEP established and instructed: R shoulder active assistive pendulums (3x10 clockwise/counter) and finger wall crawls (2x10, 5s hold). Patient demonstrated safe technique. Handout provided.
